Our CEO & Founder, Glen Fields, identified digital marketing as the future of advertising way back, before Social Media was monetized, before website traffic was 90% mobile requiring a focus on mobile optimization, and before an entire digital ecosystem was required to successfully promote a product or service.  Working in public relations, he wanted a better way to serve his clients, setting realistic expectations and delivering real, measurable results that directly translate to a return on a client's marketing spend, nowadays referred to as ROAS. Sharing his vision with industry colleagues one evening, the room lit up with the brightness of a new, fresh idea, reflected by other professionals inspired by the idea of serving their clients instead of just working for a retainer. By the end of the evening, Glen had his team.

A results-oriented marketing agency was a wild idea; an oxymoron, even. At a time when marketing services were of the "let's try and see what sticks" variety, we jumped off the deep end and went on to create a different approach. 12 years later and $700 Million+ in LTW ROAS, our idea still stands strong. We've evolved and grown, but never wavered from our philosophy of accountability, and client-first strategies.
