In March, 2017, we engaged with one of the largest education management companies in the United States, managing 162 schools across the Southeast United States. We assisted CSUSA in enrollment campaigns, staff recruitment campaigns, social media management, email marketing, political advocacy projects, website development, photography & videography, print materials and marketing collateral design.
We designed and perfected a repeatable lead gen funnel for enrollment, saturating a geo-fenced area around each school with positive charter school-based content targeted to parents of school-aged kids. We then retargeted those engaged parents with invitations to see the school and sign up for a tour. The funnel involved an intricate ecosystem of strategic advertising, email marketing, and landing page design.
For recruitment, we used a similar process to reach education staff in driving ranges of the schools, supplying them with content about the benefits of a career with CSUSA and tastefully directing them to our recruiting landing pages.
For social media, we employed the 80-20 strategy of strategic static and video content to engage with parents of kids attending the schools, or those considering joining. Email marketing supported not only the 10,000+ employees, but the 90,000+ parents to keep them informed of legislation adverse to charter schools, and mobilize them to engage with the community.

Conducted photography and videography in our own green-screen studio and , traveling around the country in coverage support of school openings, award ceremonies, teacher awards, conferences, and other notable events.
