Before we got to work, the hotels' online presence was almost non-existent, with stagnant followers, low-resolution, unlicensed graphics, overwhelming negative reviews and no client/business interaction. Big Deal Agency optimized the Meta pages, updated visuals with high-resolution, custom branded graphics and created official Twitter/X and TikTok pages. To improve online reputation, we built out a performance funnel to push down negative reviews while promoting positive reviews with offers of customer loyalty discounts.
To facilitate bookings, we launched an aggressive multi-touchpoint targeted advertising campaign to attract followers, increase interaction and bring more brand awareness from their ideal target audience. We studied previously-collected hotel guest data to determine cities and states where most hotel guests come from, as well as delved into interests, income levels, purchasing behaviors and travel history to hone in on the ideal audience to serve advertisements to. We retargeted the awareness campaign audience with a lead gen funnel, bringing those who we educated on the hotels’ offerings, and served them with a CTA to book.
On a daily basis, we manage and interact on all social media pages and serve relevant content across all platforms. Outside social media, our team rebuilt websites to assist with SEO and continue keeping the website ranking by delivering keyword-optimized blogs, KTPs and Digital Press Release distributions.

Online reputation improved tremendously. Interaction and positive reviews improves the hotel rank, as compared to prior handling of negative reviews, which had driven the hotel down in ranking. The hotel received 62 5-Star reviews on Meta alone, raising the overall review score from a 3.4 to a 3.7
One of the hotels was voted top cruise hotel in Fort Lauderdale by an independent research panel commissioned by Port Everglades.
