In May 2019, we were hired by Revolve, a luxury automotive subscription service that gave members access to drive a curated collection of rare, luxury and exotic vehicles. Revolve had an excellent brand concept, a great collection, and awless operations delivering white-glove, door-to-door service to all members, but was struggling with brand recognition, adoption, and new memberships.
As a racing driver, automotive journalist and passionate auto enthusiast, our CEO was especially excited to take on this client and leverage his automotive industry expertise and connections in addition to our robust digital marketing tech stack to help Revolve.
We took over Social Media pages for the business, optimizing all outlets with fully keyword-optimized text and high-resolution, custom, branded graphics sourced from conducted collection photoshoots.
To drive more subscriptions, we designed and implemented a multi-touchpoint funnel targeting high net-worth individuals currently in the market for a new vehicle. Once identified, members of this Ideal Customer Prole (ICP) would be strategically targeted with information educating them on the subscription model as a viable alternative to leasing or purchasing vehicles, then retargeted with a Call-to-Action to apply for a membership and/or get on a sales call.
